A Happy Birthday Piggie!

Good Friday Morning to you.  Hope your day is going well.  It’s Friday and that means it’s time for another Feature Friday from The Character Cafe’.  I used the, This Little Pig Set.  It comes with 3 images, and 2 sentiments-what a deal!!!! 

I colored this little cutie with copics, added lits bit of a glitter pen here and there.  The CS is Cordinations, the DP is DCWV, the ribbon is from Michaels.  I added the primas and jewels and voila’ it’s done.  Make sure you visit the DT members and leave some love.

A Sassy Sneak Peek

Good morning, hope all is well with you.  I have another Sassy sneak peek for you.  This is Reading Rhonda, and she is part of the new release for June 1st.

 

I used a sketch from Crazy 4 Challenges.  She’s colored with copics and mounted on nesties.  I used DCWV dp, and finally got to use the cute little crocheted flower and leaves that I got at my LSS.

On another Sassy note, we are sponsoring Penny’s Paper Crafty Challenge this week.  June is national fruit/veggie month, so their challenge to you is to make something with a fruit/veggie theme.  I used the Domestic Diva image:

Feature Friday #19

Good Friday morning to you, hope all is well.  We have another dreary rainy day.  I really shouldn’t complain, because we are usually in the 90’s and 100’s by now.  So, I’m gonna enjoy it while I can, I’ve decided!  Anywho, onto business.  Today is another feature Friday for you.  And Fink has given us a recipe challenge.  You are to use a tag, ribbon and 2 buttons!  Easy Peasy right?!

Digi Doodle Shop Challenge #7

Good Sunday morning to you, hope all is well.  I slept in a bit this morning, and now I’m not sure what to do with myself-hehe!  I have a card to show you today from Digi Doodle Shop.  This is for the challenge that is going on right now, so if you’d love to win some of these wonderful images hurry over there and play along.  This weeks challenge is ribbon!

I used the vintage bonnet image, isn’t it gorgeous!  I kept it very simple.  I used a nestie to hold my popped up image.  The ribbon is vintage seam binding.  I added some fibers to the bow along with a heart stick pin.  Digi Doodle is also sponsoring a new challenge blog- Daisy Doodles.  She will also be opening a digi stamp store on June 3rd.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great Sunday!

Dare To Be Sassy Thursday #19

Good afternoon, it’s Thursday and that means challenge time for Sassy Studio Designs.  Larisa has challenged us to make a bookmark.  I love to make bookmarks, they make a perfect little gift!  I used Soda Pop Penny and colored her with copics.  All of the paper I used was from my scrap bin.  I added some flowers and little bit of ribbon, and voila’ it’s done.  Now I want to see al of your bookmarks.  Amanda made an adorable one too.  Link up you creation over at SSD by Midnight PST on Wednesday May, 19th for your chance to win.  Have a great day!

WOO HOO!! It’s Finally Release Day For Sassy Studio Designs!

 

Happy Saturday to you!  It’s the first of the month and that means another release for Sassy Studio Designs.  It seems like it’s been forever.  We took a much needed break but Lindsay is back and better than ever.  So, here’s the first one for you, and I have to say I absolutely LOVE her!  She is totally sassy and adorable!

She so reminds me of my 2nd daughter Ashlee! She was the inspiration behind the colors.  She’s very into bright colors and the whole peace symbol thing.  I used a sketch from Friday Sketchers.  Next we have another cutie that you saw earlier in the week, but she is so much fun!

Ok, this one reminds me of Ashlee too.  She LOVES boots, and furry boots even better! 

Ok, now onto the fun stuff!  We have all kinds of things planned for you. 

SCAVENGER HUNT:  We are doing a scavenger hunt.  So this is how it’s gonna work.  Each of us are going to give you one thing to look for.  You have to find them around your house, when you do, gather them up and take a picture of them and email it to me at luvs2stamp71@att.net .  I will go through them, make sure you have everything and announce a winner while we are chatting tonight on the SSD party blog.  So, here’s a list of the blogs.  And I’ll give you the one thing that you will be looking for from my blog.  In order to get the other things you have to go visit everyone and look to see what they have.  They are not in any order, so have fun!

A Sassy Little Cutie in Denim

Good Sunday Evening, hope all is well with you!  I’ve had a very quiet and relaxing day.  I slept until 11:30, and then took a nap later.  That is SO not me, I’m usually up by 7, and don’t stop until I go to bed.  Oh well, guess I needed it!  I have another little peek from the upcoming release at Sassy Studio Designs.  This is one of the denim girls, and I just love her!  Now this one reminds me of my Ashlee!  Remeber that the new release will be on the 1st.  Can’t wait to see you there!

CS is by Bazzill Bling, DP is DCWV, and I added little bits of ribbon accented with jewels.  I used a scalloped square nestie behind the image.  I used blue ink around the image just to highlight it.  I punched out the flower and used fun flock with a jewel in the middle.  Make sure you play along with us and also check out the rest of the DT, to see their wonderful creation.

An Adorable Little Duck For Ya!

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you today.  I had an opportunity to play with a new image, and take in a few challenges.  This adorable little duck is from Lexi’s Doodles.  She is Lillie with Tulips.  The picture isn’t the greatest, and I apologize!  The weather here is horrible today, very dark and gloomy!  I colored her with prisma pencils and baby oil.  I used the sketch from Papertake Weekly.  This card also qualifies for Digital Tuesday  and their challenge is SPRING.  And also for Everybody Art Challenge and their challenge is Easter.  Thanks for stopping by and have wonderful day!

An Adorable Cupcake Fairy!

A Color Challenge With The Character Cafe’!

Springtime in Sassyland!!!

This is a last minute addition.  Here is the Lani style Queen of hearts, she is too cute, and a lot of fun to color!

This is the Lani inspired Chesire Cat.  Isn’t she too cute, and sassy in a whole different way!!!  LOVE her!  I used the new sketch from Sketch Saturday.  The sentiment is from SSD(of course), and added some buttons and ribbon and voila-done!!!

Here is another Lani inspired White Rabbit-LOVE her too!!  I used the sketch from Our Creative Corner(last weeks sketch).  And the sentiment is from SSD again. They are from the Specialty Alice Sentiments.

This absolutely adorable image is Chelsea and her Chicks.  I totally fell in love with this one(do we see a pattern here), one reason besides her being totally adorable is that my oldest daughter is named Chelsea!!!  I used a sketch from Friday Sketchers.  I just love the springy feel to this one!

And this little cutie patootie is the Lani inspired Mad Hatter(LOVE her too).  I made a mini composition book for Chelsea!  She just now started carrying a purse, so I thought something like this would be very cute for her, and she LOVES it!!!  Ok, so now that you’ve seen all of my creations let’s get down to business.
