Altered Notebook

Good evening, hope all is well with you. WOW! This is my second post today. Can you believe it? I made this notebook for a swap that I'm in. The image is a digital image from BeccaKay. She has darling images, you really should check it out. The red paper is from Michael's value pack. The black stripe is DCWV, the black polka dot is Making Memories, and the red heart paper is We R Memory Keepers. I cut out the image with my nesties, and also used a scallop oval behind it. I scalloped the side pieces with a corner rounder. I added 3 white buttons tied with embroidery thread. And to finish it off, I tied it with big polka dot ribbon. Hope you like it and thanks for looking.

What a cute altered project. The patterns work well together, and you've done a great job combining the different sizes of scallops and dots.

This is adorable! The colors are the same as our local high school and graduation is today. I may have to copy this for a grad gift.

Hi Sara,

It is such a small world. I've lived in Redding CA on and off for years. My 2 children were born there. My mom still lives there. Now I'm in SC.

Love your altered notebook. I'm getting ready to do an altered mini
composition notebood exchange.

And, last but not least, welcome to the Squigglefly DT.
