A Day For Daisies Glittery Card

Good morning, hope all is well with you.  I got a chance to play along with the A Day For daisies challenge this week, and that challenge is “GLITTER”.  Of course this was easy for me, since I love glitter.  I’ve used this sweet little sundae image called “Pansy Sundae”.

I kept it very simple, which I think suits the image.  The sketch is from Cards and Things.  The paper is from a stack that I got at Michael’s, and the ribbon is vintage seam binding-all scrunched up.

Good morning, hope all is well with you!  Today I have a very bright and cheerful card to share with you.  I used an adorable image from Some Odd Girl called “Flower Kaylee”.  The sketch is from last weeks Deconstructed Sketches.

I told you it was bright!  I love the daisy’s on the bottom-they are one of my fave flowers.  She’s all colored in copics with some stickles added to her hair and the center of the flowers.  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

A Sweet Little Valentine’s Card

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you!  I’m on a roll-I’ve gotten another card done.  The house is sooooo quiet-all of my kids and my husband are gone!  I haven’t had a totally quiet day in I don’t know how long!  Ok, so this card features a beautiful image by Saturated Canary.  This image is called “Tressa the Princess”.

The sketch is from Stamps & Fun=Creativity.  She is all colored in Copics with some stickles added around the borders.  The challenge this week at Saturated Canary is to use punches/dies.  I used a nestability to cut the image.  I also used a scallop border punch for the middle piece.  This is being entered into the following as well:

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you!  It’s to Celebrate over at SSD this week.  We want to see your Celebration designs, this can be anything you’d like to celebrate!  I went with a Happy Birthday theme.  And let me tell you this wasn’t easy!  I’m in the middle of redoing my craft room, and it’s still a mess.  So, I was sitting on the floor creating this, the good thing is all I used was scraps(it’s all I could find) hehe!

Something New With Card Makin’ Mamas!

Good morning friends, hope all is well with you!  I know, I know-I dropped off the face of the earth.  The end of November and December were not good for us.  We’ll just leave it at that!  But, it’s a new year, and that means an all new beginning, and things WILL be better! 

This week at Card Makin’ Mamas we would love  to see something “NEW”.  This can be new paper, new stamp, anything NEW, or it could be for something new.  I did it both ways, this card is for a NEW mommy, and my punch was NEW.
