For The First Time in Forever

Good morning, hope all is well with you!  We have an AWESOME release for you today.  You should have arrived here from one of our new DT members Belinda.  If you get lost along the way you can always go back to the SSD blog.

Lindsay really has out done herself this time!  I know I say that all the time, but it’s so true!  Of course the Disney movie Frozen is the BIGGEST thing right now.  And Lindsay has made some extremely SASSY themed images.  Of course you need some wonderful Sentimint’s to go along with those from our very talented DT member Greg.  I was assigned the First Time in Forever Sentimint to use, but of course I had to color up one of these gorgeous images, so I used Anna

I’m horrible at using Sentimint’s on my cards, but I like how this one worked.  She is of course all colored up in Copics.  I went a little crazy with the flowers-oh well!

Adorable Oddball Art

A Little Bit of Easter

Good evening, hope all is well with you!  I’ve decided to really try and use some of these digis that I have and while I’m doing that make some things just for me!  So, I have this cute image from Dilly Beans and wanted to use it.

The challenge at Dilly Beans is “Flowerful”  This is a little file folder with a tag inside that says Happy Easter.  I know it’s really simple but I like how it turned out.

Hydrangea Sprite

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you!  I have found a new to me Digi Stamp company, and I’m in love with her images.  Aurora Wings has some beautiful images, make sure you check it out, you won’t be disappointed!  So I decided to use the Hydrangea Sprite to make this cute little tag.

As soon as I started coloring her, the tag started forming in my head.  I’m really pleased with how it turned it out.  I used the beautiful color inspiration from Doodle Garden to get started on her.

Recycling/World Earth Day

Good morning, hope all is well with you!   C.R.A.F.T.  is having a “Recycling/World Earth Day” challenge.  So…I recycled a candle jar and an image.  If you’ve been around to see Sassy Studio Designs grow you will remember the cameo’s that Lindsay used to do.  I love those things and decided it was time to bring one back.  I used the Sassy Cassie cameo to make the candle jar into a makeup brush holder .

Easter Bunny

Good morning, hope all is well with you!  Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring Crafting By Designs and they have an “Anything Goes” challenge.  I decided to use the super cute new Easter Bunny image and make a little Easter gift box/bag

I love the way it turned out-it’s actually what I saw in my head!  I don’t know about you, but a lot of times for me that doesn’t happen.  So when it does-I’m super excited!  The box and ticket were cut using my Silhouette Cameo-which I LOVE!!!  And of course the super cute image is colored in Copics and there are stickles added to that paper and ticket.  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
