Digi Doodle Shop's Best Challenge Blog

DDS-blog-hop

I used the Teapot Birdie image, isn’t it just too cute!  I colored with copics, and used the sketch from Truly Scrumptious.  My CS is Bazzill Bling, the dp is Bo bunny, and I added some vintage seam binding.  The flowers are primas with little jewels added in the middle.

This week at The Digi Doodle Shop's Best Challenge blog we are having an “ANYTHING GOES” challenge! The winner will get a $10.00 gift certificate to the shop and with 250 stamps I am certain will have no problem finding wonderful images of their liking. The first, second and third place winners will also get badges to proudly display on their blog and will be entered into a drawing for a Guest DT spot with our great DT just like Sarah and Doreen!

Now onto Doreen’s blog to see what she has in store for you. I am certain it will be spectacular!!!

We wanted to let you know also that three (3) stamps will be given away by three (3) mystery DT members, so make sure you visit everyone!

Don't forget to pop on over to the challenge blog at the end of our hop and attach your ANYTHING GOES card!!! Easy Peasy!!!!!

Happy Sassy Thursday to You!

SSD-4-1

Good morning, hope all is well with you.  It’s time for another Sassy Thursday challenge.  Our challenge to you today is to make a project-it can be anything-with a spring theme or feel to it.  The challenge is open up until Wed. 4/7 midnight pst.  The winner will receive 2 sassy images of their choice.  So make something wonderful for spring and head over to Sassy Studio Designs to link it up.  I’ve really been in the mood to work with yellow, and then I found this paper by Basic Grey and was in love, not only is it yellow, but it’s pink too-my fave color-I HAD to use it.  I used the new sketch from Truly Scrumptious for this card.

SSD-PCP-challenge

This card is for our Sassy PCP group.  I set a challenge for them yesterday and you have until Saturday April 3rd at noon pst. to enter that one.  The challenge is to use a handmade flower and a butterfly on your project.  As you can see, I used more than one butterfly.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

A Couple More Sassy Cards!

SSD-leprechaun-#2

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you.  I have a couple more Sassy Studio Designs cards to share with you today.  My LSS holds a monthly challenge, where they give you the supplies, and you have to do a layout or project, or as I chose to do a set of cards.  The hinge card I posted last night goes along with this set.  I have one more, but I’ll wait and post that tomorrow.  My daughter Sabrina does this with me, and I’ll post her layout later also.  So, this one is done with Lucy Leprechaun and uses the sketch from Simon Says

SSD-lil-honey-alice

And this little cutie is from the Little Honey line from SSD.  This is the younger version of Alice.  Isn’t she adorable!!!  I used the sketch from Truly Scrumptious for this, because I had to use these BIG flowers, so I wanted everything else to be simple.  I love using flowers, but have never used any this big, and I kinda like them.  I just have to adjust everything else.  Well, I hope you like them, thanks for stopping by.  I gotta put some finishing touches on things before we go to the LSS.  Have a great evening!!
