My Baby Girl in her Senior Prom Dress-and A Sassy Sneak Peek!

Good Friday Morning, hope all is well with you.  It’s time to start the sneak peeks for the upcoming release at Sassy Studio Designs.  I have a special one for you today, as it is inspired by this picture of my oldest daughter-Chelsea in her beautiful prom dress.  She is a senior this year, so she agreed to the full on prom experience.  You have to understand, she is not a girly girl at all.  Don’t get me wrong, she wears makeup and all that, just doesn’t like the whole princess thing, pink, or anything like that!  But she fell in love with this dress, and it went from there.  And yes that is a tiara in her hair.  She did that for me-lol!  Anywho, Lindsay had mentioned that she wanted to do a prom image, and I sent her this pic, and voila’ here is Lindsay’s interpretation.

I made a card, and matching picture album.  It’s just one of the ones from the dollar store.  I  basically made a card front, and slipped it into the plastic.  Her and her friends have a Escalade limo for the prom, and are taking quite a few cameras with them.  So I thought this would be fun for her!  Sorry about the flash in the picture, I couldn’t get a good one without it.  Thanks for stopping by.  Stay tuned for more upcoming sneak peeks.  Also, don’t forget to check out the SSD blog for challenges and what not!

My Beautiful Girls

Good morning all, hope all is well with you. Today is not a craft related post, but it's very important to me. My 2 oldest daughters Chelsea-17, and Ashlee-14 went to the prom last night. As you can see, they look absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Chelsea already had her date-her boyfriend Travis, and Ashlee went with one of Chelsea's friends. Aren't they cute?! They all had a really good time, and I didn't get home until 2:30 this morning, from driving them around and dropping everybody off. But it was all worth it. My girls don't like to get dressed up very often, so I take full advantage when they do. I will have a card to post later this afternoon. Hope you all enjoy your Sunday. Oh, by the way, Chelsea is the dark haired one, and Ashlee is in the coral dress. Their friend Caitlin is in the black and white-they are too cute!!
