The Princess and the Frog

Good morning, hope all is well with you.  It’s time for another Feature Friday with The Character Cafe’.  This week I decided to use the image-PipernPrince.  She is so sweet.  This image was actually made in honor of one the DT members daughter.   I used a sketch from Our Creative Corner.  This card also qualifies for the Cupcake Craft challenge which is flower, and also for One Stitch At  A Time which is to use purple and pink.  Don’t forget to check out the other DT members blogs to see their wonderful creations.

Another Sassy Studio Peek

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you. Today is another peek at the new Sassy Studio Designs release. This is the ornament girl. Of course that's not her "official" name. But it's what we are calling her for now. I used the sketch from Cupcake Craft Challenge. She's all colored in Copics and has silver glitter gel pen all over her dress, shoes and the ornament. Cupcake Craft Challenge and Mojo Sketch

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you. I'm having a very relaxing day, ALL of my kids are gone to their cousins house to play all day!!! WOO HOO!!! I'm so lovin this! So, this card is for the Cupcake Craft Challenge and the Mojo Monday Challenge. I just received my first Magnolia stamp from a ss swap on SCS. I cannot tell you how excited I was to get this. At first I didn't like these stamps because of the whole no mouth thing. But they keep growing on me, and I finally decided I wanted one. Although, I did not ask for a stamp, just some images. But, my wonderful ss sent me a stamp-yay me!! I can't tell you the specific name, because I can't find one on the pkg. The red CS is bazzill, and the DP is DCWV fun in the sun glitter stack. I colored her with prisma pencils and blender pencil. I used a MS butterfly punch, with a flower on the bottom. The ribbon is from the dollar tree. I used scallop scissors for the edges. The challenge for the cupcake craft blog is blossoms and butterflies. Hope you like it and thanks for looking.

Cupcake Craft Challenge #45

Good morning, hope all is well with you. Today I have a card that I made for the Cupcake Craft Challenge. I also have been able to participate in these challenges in awhile. For this card I used a stamp set that my mom sent to me for my birthday. It's from Our Craft Lounge and it's called "Bubbles". I LOVE turtles, which I'm sure most of you know by now, so this set was perfect for me. I LOVE it! I finally got to use it, and this is what I came up with. I colored everything with my Koh-I-Noor pencils and blended it with the prisma blender pencil. The CS is Bazill, and the DP is from Miss Elizabeth, which you get at the dollar tree. I added some Diamond Glaze to look like bubbles(i think) with a glitter gel pen around them. The ribbon is from my stash, and i added the dew drops to the side. I also added a piece of the DP inside and stamped the saying"you're a star" on a star I cut out with my nesties. Hope you like it, thanks for looking. 2 Challenges In 1

Good afternoon, hope all is well with you. I've done 2 challenges in 1 for this card. And I actually did 2 cards yesterday(what the heck?). My husband took all 4 kids cat fishing last night, and I had the whole night to myself. All I can say is WOW! That was so nice. So this card is for the Cupcake Craft Challenge. The challenge this week was to use a fairy. Well since I just received my Bella order with my new Ketto's in it, I had to use one of those. This is Agnes Ketto, isn't she adorable?! I used a sketch from the Mojo Monday Challenge. Therefore the 2nd part of the challenge. All paper is DCWV, the dp is from the Far East stack. The black is Black Tie Bling. I colored my image with copics. I cut everything out with my nesties from 7kidscollegefund. They have great prices on these. The sentiment is from Impression Obsession. The grossgrain is from the dollar store and the cream and gold ribbon is from Michael's. The flowers are kaiser scrap, with the center flower from a dollar pkg. The butterfly is from my stash. I used crystal stickles to outline everything. And the jewels are from Michael's also. Hope you like it, and thanks for looking.

A Little Monster

Good evening, hope all is well with you. This card was made for 2 challenges. The first was for the Sketch Challenge on SCS. The second was for the Cupcake Craft Challenge. The challenge for the cupcake craft blog was to use a monster, didn't matter which one or what it looked like, just to use a monster. I got this monster from All That Scraps. This is a digital image for download. If you haven't seen them, you really should look. They offer all different kinds of digital images. I had gotten him just before I found out what this challenge was, so he was of course the perfect choice. I used the sketch on SCS for this weeks challenge. The Orange CS is DCWV, the purple is from Michael's value pack. The DP is from Imaginisce. The stickers are some that I picked up somewhere-not quite sure where. I colored the image with copic's and Bic mark it's. I used pop dots to make it POP out. Hope you like it and thanks for looking.

An Adorable Ducky Journal

Good evening, hope all is well with you. Isn't this duck the cutest? It is a suzy's zoo duck and I received this image in a swap on SCS, so I don't know the actual name of it-sorry! So I made this journal for the challenge on the Cupcake Craft Challenges Blog. This weeks theme was Spring-anything Spring. I actually started making this journal for last weeks challenge, which was in inspirational picture. Although it didn't make it for that one, it went perfect for this week. I had a whole different concept in mind, but didn't work out. Oh well, live and learn. All CS is DCWV,and the Dp is making memories. I used my new nesties, not sure what they are called, but I love them. The flower and leaf stamps are from CTMH. The actual flowers are from Michael's. They are something I bought on stems. I used jewels from Kaiser Scrapbook. The glitter glue is Icicle Stickles. I colored the image with Bic Mark-Its, and copics. Hope you like it and thanks for looking. Oh, thank you for all the sweet comments about my poor Ashlee. You'll be happy to know that it is healing very well. We've been putting aloe vera on it, and have Vitamin E for after, so there won't be any scarring. Thanks again for your well wishes.
