Going Forward…Looking Back!

Good morning, hope all is well with you!  We are back and ready to show you some sassiness!  We are doing more Disney Villains with a  Lindsay spin on them!  As you can see it is a 2 day hop.  We split the team in half and each one did one day this weekend.  We thought it might make it easier on you.  And give you plenty of time to hop along!  You should have arrived here from the SSD blog, and when you leave you will be visiting the very talented Starla.  Ok, so here are some rules for you.  You need to visit each person for that day and leave comments along the way.  Make sure you visit the SSD blog as well.  2 Randomly selected people will win 2 of the the new images, and 1 randomly selected person will win all 4!  Now, remember this is for each day, so make sure you do both hops for double the chance to win.

Since it’s the start of the new year, Kim thought we should not only move forward, but take a look back at our favorite SSD creation from last year.  So, for my new part I used the new Maleficent Sassy.

 

Is she Sassy or what???  Since it’s almost Valentine’s Day, I went with a love theme.  The sentiment is from the Fairytale Collection that Lindsay used to have available.  We are supposed to use something of our favorites.  One of mine is this sentiment, the other is my new paper from Authentique.  This is an amazing collection.  I also used some yummy flowers that the wonderful Kim sent to me.  Aren’t they just gorgeous?!  And of course she is all colored in Copics and they are most definitely a fave of mine.  Now for my favorite creation from last year-I’m going to have to go with the Marie Antionette card:

I just love the colors and the lace and all of the flowers!

Friday was the start of a new challenge at Card Makin’ Mamas and it’s an a CAS challenge.  Now, even though I don’t put a lot of stuff on my cards, these kind of challenges make me a nervous wreck!  So, I found a simple little sketch and went from there.

The stamp is from Pollycraft-she is no longer there, but I know her stamps are available somewhere.   The paper is from my fav paper company-My Mind’s Eye.  And of course she is colored in copics.  You have 2 weeks to play along, and we would love to see your creations.

Are You Ready For Halloween?

Good morning, hope all is well with you.  It’s that time again!  Time for another release from Sassy Studio Designs, and this time around it’s HALLOWEEN !  I don’t know about you, but I love this time of year.  It’s so much, and we spend a lot more time together as a family.  Boy oh Boy do we have a release for you this time around.  It’s HUGE – not 1, not 5, but 12-yes 12 images!  And they are all gorgeous.  We are doing something different this time around.  We will be splitting the hop up into 2 days.  Half of us today and half of us tomorrow.  So, for today may I present to you our new…….

Did You Guess Right?

Good morning, hope all is well with you!  Well….did you guess what any of the Little Honey’s Disney Villains were?  Did you even guess that they were Disney villains?  Well, Lindsay did an outstanding job on this release!  These villains are GORGEOUS!

Ok, onto business!  You should have arrived here from the lovely Jovan’s blog, if you got lost along the way go back to SSD and there will be a master hop list.  I’m sure you gathered we are doing a hop but we are also doing a scavenger hunt!  So, you will need to get the list from the SSD blog and go from there!  That is where you will find the prize info too!  And you know you don’t want to miss that!  So, this time around we were asked to put our best villany(word)  sentiment on our projects.  I kept it really boring and went with a traditional “Queen of Hearts” sentiment.

We were also asked to tell you our favorite Disney movie-well after thinking about it for a LONG time-because I love all Disney movies-I decided on Bambi.  Bambi, because I remember seeing this in the theatre with my grandmother when I was VERY young!

Something A Little Different

The image is from Dilly Beans, isn’t it just too cute!?!  She’s all colored in Copics, and I added alot of bling and flowers.  The bling in the middle of the bow is actually a skull and crossbones.
