Some Sassiness To Share With You!

Good Sunday morning!  I hope your having a wonderfully relaxing Sunday.  I have a couple of things to share with you today.  First, SSD is sponsoring Colour Create Challenge this week, and their challenge was ALL WHITE.  Now, I’ve never done one of these cards, so I decided to give it a try.

SSD-all-white

I used the Little Honey’s Ariel, and as you can see, everything is all white.  This was so hard, but it was kinda fun!  Next up, SSD sponsored Scrap and Stamp Saturday, and their challenge is to make a LO or mini album with at least one stamp, and embossing-wet or dry.  Here is what I did:

SSD-ariel-layout

My oldest daughter went to Disneyland for the first time for her high school graduation.  Ariel is her ABSOLUTE favorite Disney Princess, and she got to meet her.  I know you can’t really see it in the pic, but she has the cutest look on her face.  She said she felt like one of the little girls in line, because she was SOOOOOO excited.  Well, that’s what I have to share today.  Thanks for stopping  by and have a wonderful day!

A Christmas Candy House and An Announcement!

Good evening, hope all is well with you! Tonight I have a cute little Candy Christmas House card to share with you.  This is for the Digi Doodle Shop challenge.  Their challenge to you this week is to do embossing-wet or dry.  I used puff paint with embossing powder on top of it, heat set it, and it got all puffy with a glittery finish!

DDS-embossing

I just love this image, very fun to color!  So, if you want your chance to win this or any other image in the store, then head over to DDS and link up your creation.  Ok, onto my announcement!  Actually it’s a 2 part announcement.  First, I have been asked to be Co-DT co-ordinator for Digi Doodle Shop.  I’ve been doing the sponsorships for them for several months now, and will continue to do that part, but I now have some more fun things to do!  So, thank you Judy for the opportunity!  Now, the second part.  Friday is my last week of doing challenges for  The Character Cafe’.  After being with them from the beginning, I’ve decided to move on, and do some other things.  Thank you Character Cafe’, it’s been wonderful working with you, and I wish you lots of success!  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

A Sassy Cinderella Corner Bookmark

Happy Sunday, hope all is well with you.  We are just chillin watchin football.  I love football season, Sunday’s are always relaxing.  Unless of course DH gets to peeved with the games and yells at the tv.  Don’t they know that doesn’t work??  LOL!  Ok, onto business, I have a corner bookmark to share with you.  I don’t know if you’ve ever seen one of these but they are so fun!  My fellow SSD DT member-Kathy did one for one our challenges, and I’ve been dying ever since to do one.  You can find the tutorial HERE.  Know, admittedly I could have done better on mine.  After doing the first one, I will be doing more, and can see so many more possibilities on what to add to them.

SSD-corner-bookmark

I made this one for this weeks challenge-anything other than a card.  You have until Wed. evening to link up your creation.  Have a great rest of the weekend!

A Keep It Simple Sponsorsip

Happy Monday afternoon!  I hope you had a wonderfully relaxing weekend!  Sassy Studio Designs has a new sponsorship to tell you about.  This actually started yesterday, but I didn’t have a sample made-sorry!  The sponsorship is Keep It Simple.  And their challenge to you is to “GIVE IT A SWIRL”.  I have to admit, this one was tricky for me.  Very rarely do I use chipboard or flourishes because I can never seem to get them right.  Also, the CAS style is not really me either.  But here is what I came up with.

SSD-nurse

I used the new image from the special release—Little Honey’s Nurse Honey.  Isn’t she just adorable!?  Don’t forget about our regular weekly challenge, and any other sponsorships that I’ve posted.  There are quite a few chances to win some fab SASSY images!  Have a great day!
